To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and undamaged.
All returning orders are to be communicated via sales@barbarycoastonline.com email.
Fill in the returns form which will be emailed to you. Once complete please email it to us.
Repackage the goods in the original packaging.
Our team will arrange collection at your earliest convenience if you’re based in Gibraltar. For International returns we will provide you with more information.
Refunds Your refund will automatically be processed once the returned order has been received and inspected. If your refund request is approved we aim to refund you within 7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) of receiving the return item by way of the original payment method. We will not provide you with a refund after 30 days since your purchase. We will keep you informed about your request via email. Please note for international returns you are responsible for the costs of returning any items.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if it has slipped through our quality control and are damaged or defective. For any other reasons for exchanges please contact us.
We accept PayPal payments or on delivery cash payments. We will be expanding our payment options in the near future.
You will need to set up a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. It is a very simple, free and fast process.
